Well, 24 hours later we are no closer to any type of model consensus among the models or even any consensus run to run for the individual models. So although I had hoped to have more to talk about I think it would be better to wait at least another day. The storm path will determine how much rain and snow we get. The least I have seen for Purgatory (as an example) is 5-8″ and I have seen as much 15-20″. In town, I have seen everything from all rain to 12 inches of snow. The only consistency is that the heaviest precipitation will come in some time on Thursday. Between now and then, areas at or above 9,000 feet could see light snow showers, especially in the afternoons.
