Updated Winter Storm Watches

12/25/21 Saturday Noon

The Euro and GFS models came in pretty lackluster this morning and do not support the wording for the upcoming Winter Storm Watches For Purgatory, Rico, Silverton, and Telluride. One model does support those amounts and it is NOAA’s NBM model. I am going to give the models another 12 or so hours and I will have a forecast out very early tomorrow morning. The snow tomorrow should be a little higher quality snow than yesterday.

Here are the latest Winter Storm Watches. Because the other Winter Storm Warnings have expired these are mostly in their original form.
