The focus for severe weather shifts back to the south today, then most likely along the Gulf Coast for the weekend. For those of you traveling to the northeast coast early next week, I will be talking about the potential for a NorEaster late Monday in my local update later today.
Hail will be the primary threat with these severe thunderstorms.
Tornado development is in the low category for today.
