Tuesday Afternoon Snow forecast

3/14/23 Tuesday 4:30 pm

Light snow showers will break out above 9,000 feet late this evening, through the overnight hours, and begin moving south Wednesday morning. Snow levels will range from 8,500 feet to 8,100 feet throughout the day on Wednesday and Wednesday night. By Thursday morning the snow accumulation levels are supposed to drop to around 7,000. I will update you on that tomorrow.

The models are less consistent going into this storm, I am not going to go overboard on the forecast totals.

Wolf Creek 18-24 inches

Purgatory 16-22 inches

Silverton 14-18 inches

Telluride 7 to 11 inches.

8000 feet- 8,500 feet 5-10 inches

7,400-7,900 feet 3-8 inches

Below 7,400 feet 0-4 inches
