Local Forecast And Severe Weather Outlook

4/23/22 Saturday 10:30 am

Two to five inches of snow fell overnight. More snow fell in the mid-elevations than what was expected. Temperatures will fall below freezing tonight and will affect sensitive vegetation. Sunday afternoon a shortwave trough will move south and may generate some more snow. I will talk more about that tomorrow.

Severe weather was slow to fire in some areas yesterday, the midwestern states had some leftover convection from the night before. It is important to note that these outlooks are issued through 6 am the next day.

Here is the Severe Weather Outlook through Sunday Morning.

Tornadoes

Hail
