For today, all of the models are showing the potential for heavy rains today, tonight, and overnight. The atmosphere is saturated, as are the soils in many areas; all we need is a few hours of sun to spark everything. At the moment, it is still pretty cloudy out there (at least at my house). Though no hydrological statements have come out of NWS for our area yet this morning, we may see some later today. If you live close to an area that has a history of flash flooding, you know what to do.
